The Office of Student Services annually presents the Sidewalk Artfest. Families, Institute students, area artists and high school students are invited to create an original piece of art on a section of sidewalk in Victory Park in downtown Manchester. The sidewalk art was then judged in a friendly competition with awards of art supplies given to three lucky winners.
